All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bosku2 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account suspension.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bossku2 ("Bossku2", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at bossku2.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with Bossku2.

To register and maintain an Account on Bossku2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Bossku2 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one Account on Bossku2. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other Malaysian locations are subject to this restriction without exception.
Before processing any withdrawal request or when otherwise required by our compliance procedures, Bossku2 will request the following documentation:
All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents submitted are used solely for identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bossku2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform exclusively for lawful, non-commercial activities. Any systematic exploitation of the Platform for commercial gain — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting for guaranteed profit, or any form of bonus abuse — is prohibited.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using Bossku2:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All deposits on Bossku2 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are accepted:
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Bossku2 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which Bossku2 accepts no responsibility.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Bossku2 reserves the right to return funds to the source and suspend the Account where a third-party funding source is detected.
Bosku2 targets the following processing times for approved withdrawal requests, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks:
These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels. During peak periods or when additional compliance review is required, processing times may be extended. Bossku2 will communicate any delays to the affected Player.

Bossku2 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Player identified as being below this age will have their Account immediately closed and all balances returned to the funding source.
All content on the Bossku2 Platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, trade names, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Bossku2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Bossku2.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bossku2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, regardless of whether Bossku2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Bossku2's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Bossku2 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for configuring their devices and network to meet appropriate security standards.
Bossku2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted during the suspension period will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Bossku2 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory KYC review. Bonus balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Bossku2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Bossku2 holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and Bossku2, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by Bossku2's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
