Six core privacy commitments that govern how every piece of your data is handled at Bossku2.
All data transmitted between your device and Bossku2 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Financial data — including MYR transactions via Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX — is additionally segmented and never logged in plaintext.
Bossku2 does not sell, rent, or barter your personal information to third-party marketers. Your name, Malaysian IC number, address, contact details, and transaction history remain strictly within our controlled environment.
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process MYR payments, fulfil KYC obligations, and deliver our services. If we do not need it, we do not ask for it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed with a single click.
Our data practices are aligned with international privacy standards and the requirements of our gaming licence authority. KYC documents submitted by players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and across Malaysia are handled under strict data governance procedures.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a defined period following account closure, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
